Shipping policy

Please make sure you want your item before you place your order. We do not allow order cancellations after orders are already placed.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. In certain instances orders may be split across multiple shipments.

Unfortunately if this does occur, Stay Goald is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the tracking information states the package is delivered, Stay Goald is not responsible for stolen or missing mail.  Please make certain to contact USPS with questions regarding shipment tracking. 

All damaged items must be reported within 2 days of receiving the item. Please email us with a photo attached.  If you contact us after 2 days of receiving your damaged item, you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.  

Stay Goal'd happily accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and Stay Goald gift cards.  We cannot change a payment method once your order is placed.
