Refund policy

We have a 21- day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return. If we do not receive your return on or within 21 days after it was delivered, it will not be accepted.

We only offer store credit for any item(s) returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. All scrubs must be completely free of make-up, hair of all types, deodorant, and perfume. Scrubs must also be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email conformation. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You are responsible for your shipping cost to return your item(s) back to us. We recommend once your return is sent back, you also provide your tracking number. Stay Goal'd is not responsible for any packages lost in transit.

Should your package be returned to us upon delivery to you for any reason, you are responsible to ship your order back to you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us with 2 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. No exceptions.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. Due to the selling nature of our scrubs we recommend returning the item(s) for store credit if accepted and placing another order or the item(s) you desire if it is available.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically issued a store credit within 5-7 business days to your provided email address. Store credit does not have an expiration date.
